Race Recaps

Wood Dale
The heat, the rain, and good racing...
Another classic year!

Prairie Crossing/Grayslake
Something new with good neighborhood support. Strange course, but let's hope it's back in 2007.

Elgin
Did you break a wheel, too? Big money and the world's worst pavement! Where was everyone?

Elk Grove
Speaking of goofy courses! Super fast, not too hard, lots of big guns, like the HarperRide with Christian, Dave Z, and "nice guy" Chris Horner all fresh from France.

Downers Grove
Is a really break ever going to stick again? Another year in familiar surroundings.

Winfield
Two days, two different courses
--each with a hill. Pricey with perpetually small-ish fields for a race of this quality. The natives LOVE it, though.

Labor Day Weekend
What's up with overlapping races? Sherman Park, Elkhart, and the Fox River Grove craziness all at the same time. How about filling some dates in June or later into September when it's nice out?
